Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging when possible. This applies to coffee equipment and accessories sold by Artisan Brew Gear.

Single-use or hygiene-sensitive accessories, including filter papers and cold brew filter bags, can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@artisanbrewgear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
